Is this a same-day delivery?

Yes, it is. This is only applicable within Metro Manila and nearby areas as long as Lalamove/Grab Express/Borzo is serviceable in your area we can accommodate your order.

Operating Hours and Holiday Hours?

  • Monday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm lunch break: 12 pm to 1 pm

Most holidays, we're open. For holiday hours, please refer to our Official Facebook page for announcements.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, visit our website at www.kremecity.com, browse our products, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process, and you will receive confirmation of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including BDO, Security Bank, GCASH, Maya, and Palawan Express. Payment details will be provided after checkout, or you can message our Official Facebook Page for assistance.

Do you have a physical store?

We operate online, and our products are available for purchase through our website, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok Shop. Our physical store is located in East Grace Park, Caloocan, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Who will book the Lalamove or other local courier?

The client will book the courier, and other details or any additional courier will be provided and discussed via our Official Facebook page.

Can you deliver outside Metro Manila?

Yes, we can! As long as third-party couriers can deliver on behalf of Kreme City Supplies.

We can accommodate the following shipping methods:

  • CaPEx
  • AP Cargo
  • Trucking / Forwarder Services
  • Bus Shipping
  • Drop-Off Shipping

Additional Shipping Charges may apply and be shouldered by the client; other details will be finalized upon negotiation with our representatives. Moreover, we highly encourage our dear clients to place your order on our Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok Account for faster, more convenient, and cost-wise shipping.

How can I track my order?

You can receive your tracking details either of the two ( 2 ) options below:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's delivery status.
  • You can also contact our representative on our Facebook page for the tracking details.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we offer shipping services within the Philippines only. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

What is your return & exchange process?

We have a hassle-free return policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with our customer support within three ( 3 ) days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the return or exchange process. For more details, refer to our Order, Shipping & Returns page.

Why are cones not available on Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop?

Cones are only available for same-day pick-up via local couriers (GRAB Express, Lalamove, etc.) and for Metro Manila and nearby areas only. Cones are prone to damage. We can accommodate orders from other regions/areas, but there is an additional crate service fee, and crate availability is subject to confirmation.

Are your products suitable for people with allergies or dietary restrictions?

We can provide detailed product descriptions, including ingredient information, to help customers make informed choices. Please review the product information carefully or contact our customer support for assistance if you have specific dietary concerns or allergies.
