SHIPPING PROCESS:

The client will book a local courier once advised as "Ready for pick up" by the Seller (Kreme City Supplies). For pick-up details, please message us.

We directly accomodate same-day-delivery (nearby and within Metro Manila), Trucking Services, Bus Shipping, AP Cargo, CaPEx. Client will arrange the courier booking.

CHANGE OR RETURN OF ITEMS:

For Defective Returns or Faulty Product(s):

We reserve the right to require proof from the customer before we process the exchange of items. Documents to be submitted shall include but not be limited to the following: a photo of the defective or faulty product(s) and an invoice. Additionally, returned product(s) must be 100% complete, including the packaging and manual (if provided originally).

Application of the Return Policy:

The following are exceptions to our Change or Return Policy: 

(1) product for return or exchange do not have the original packaging anymore; and 

(2) returned product must have been partially consumed.
