HOW TO BREW
(Standard Ratio: 100g of tea leaves for every five (5) liters of hot water)
📍 Put 100g of black tea leaves into five (5) liters of hot water (preferably at 75°C), then quickly stir.
📍 Steep for seven (7) minutes with cover on.
📍 Strain, then put the brewed tea into a thermos bucket.
📍 Wait until the temperature is near 60°C before covering the thermos.

TIPS
🍵 Reheating the brewed tea is discouraged. Leftover should be disposed of if it reaches low temperature.
🍵 Reusing tea leaves is not advisable. The Second brewing may not be as strong and as flavorful as the first brew.
🍵 Use a kitchen thermometer as much as possible when brewing tea for accurate temperature measurement.
🍵 Adjust accordingly if you wish to brew a smaller quantity. (Ratio 100g:5000ml)

CHANGE OR RETURN OF ITEMS:

For Defective Returns or Faulty Product(s):

We reserve the right to require proof from the customer before we process the exchange of items. Documents to be submitted shall include but not be limited to the following: a photo of the defective or faulty product(s) and an invoice. Additionally, returned product(s) must be 100% complete, including the packaging and manual (if provided originally).

Application of the Return Policy:

The following are exceptions to our Change or Return Policy: 

(1) product for return or exchange do not have the original packaging anymore; and 

(2) returned product must have been partially consumed.
